Dr. Rob Schiffman One Day Intensive Event

The other day, I received a very thought provoking email from Dr. Rob Schiffman that I wanted to share with you. He writes:

"A colleague recently asked me an unexpected question: What can I do for you?

Instinctively, I replied, "I'm good, thanks." But my friend didn't let me get away with that answer. He pressed further, "Rob, honestly, what can I do for you?"

The truth is, at that moment I was absolutely overwhelmed with several things that needed to be done. I certainly needed the help, yet my initial reaction was to say, "thanks, but no thanks."

I wonder how often we all do the same? As our days begins to lose balance, and our spinning plates begin to wobble, we pass up help and double-down on our pride. "I'm good, thanks."

Fortunately, my friend didn't accept my answer. I took him up on his offer and I was helped tremendously. Looking back, I'm extremely grateful for his persistence. For without it, I may not have gotten to where I am today."

As I've mentioned before, Dr. Rob will be hosting an incredible One-Day Intensive on April 18th entitled, "The Balancing Act." He will be sharing incredible insight about how we, as Chiropractors, can maintain balance in our lives. I cannot encourage you enough to do what you can to be part of this one-day event. It may be the one event that will help you get to where you've always wanted to go.
